Green Soup

This is a green soup that I made tonight.  The base recipe came from vegetarianepicure.com.   But I used a different set of greens; baby bok choy, spinach, lacinto kale, flat leaf parsley and cilantro.  The garnish is toasted sunflower, pumpkin and cashews.  It was very delicious, low fat and healthy.
