This is the result from a quick and inexpense method for making pizza. Beer! Who knew? Tried this recipe last November when Barking Dog and I were doing Vegan MOFO. Tried it again tonight and with the summer seasons Purple Cherokee Tomatoes and fresh basil (grown in our garden/s) it was definitely an 8 out of 10 rating for both of us.
